Welcome to the Official IRC #airforce Homepage! #airforce is for one and all interested in the US Air Force or the military in general... But that's not all! Its a great place for people just to chat. :) The operators of #airforce work very hard to make our channel a great place to visit. We firmly believe it is important to maintain a sense of belonging in our military community, and #airforce is one way we can do that on the Internet. #airforce originated on the Efnet Server System back in August of '95. It wasn't long until Puddytat, Nerdy, CrZyJim, Burke and myself made the move over to the Undernet system and by January of '96, #airforce became a permanent gathering place for all the friends we picked up along the way. Today, we have grown INTO what I honestly feel is one of the finest channels on the Undernet. We provide a safe place for people FROM all walks of life to visit. Our list of Friends grows daily!
