Well, I'm getting on a plane again. at least this time it's only 2 days onsite. So I will flight out Monday evening, work Tue+Wed, and fly home on Thursday. I'm not terribly thrilled having to fly around the country without my family, but I try to look on the bright side... I'm earning miles that can be put towards family vacations!!!
This past summer, my round trip airfare from Virginia to Miami cost me $5 thanks to mileage!! That really helped our vacation budget out! Now, with all my work travel, I try to consistently use certain providers within my company's regulations. Fortunately, this includes United & American Airlines for air fare, Marriott and Hilton for hotels, and National & Avis for car rentals :)
